PREKSHA BARDIA
Preksha Bardia is an artist with a passion for movement. She trained in dance at the Terence Lewis Academy in Mumbai, where yoga was a key part of her studies, and later completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at The Yoga Institute, specializing in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow. Preksha has experience teaching yoga to children and adults, helping them enhance their practice and overall well-being.
