Hatha Yoga is a practise grounded in building strong foundations, physical strength and stability, and mental agility.
Our Hatha Yoga sessions are designed and led by Vasundhara Jain.
Vasundhara Jain is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and has extensive training from teachers in Rishikesh, Mysore & Dharamkot. Her teaching focuses on the integration of mind, body and breath and are led by the belief that each individual’s practise is unique and should be treated thus. The practise is holistic in nature and also includes pranayama and dhyana (meditation)
