The Creative Arts is an award-winning theatre located in the heart of South Kolkata. With over 20 years of service as an organization, TCA proudly continues to be a resource for creatives and the community.
Warm, welcoming and cozy, our facility will instantly make you feel at home. Our 2000 sq. foot space offers multiple rental options, including a green room, three adaptable studios, and a pantry that can accommodate many different events and bookings. We have a good WiFi internet connection and can help with renting equipment, furniture, lights, and other resources you may need. The transformable 40-seat theatre and venue with gorgeous lighting is ideal for full-scale productions, intimate plays and performances, video and photography shoots, film screenings, book-readings, podcast recordings, or experimental work. The theatre and studios are a tasteful atmosphere for business seminars, meetings, client workshops, rehearsals, and classes.

– Each Studio is for Rs. 1000/- per hour with AC
– Each Studio is for Rs. 800/- per hour without AC
– Each Studio is for Rs. 1500/- per hour with AC and use of large speakers (not included in the rental)
– Our rates vary based on how the studios are being used and for what purpose
– Non-profits receive a 10% discount; must present current status letter
– Setup and clean up time by the rental client need to be taken into account while booking

- All payments must be made in advance in full to confirm the booking
- A security deposit of Rs. 5000 is taken to cover damages to the property or equipment, if any, and returned after the rental date/period is over
- We expect all visitors to take off their footwear at the entrance of the Studio
- We reserve the Rights of Admission
- Cancellation done prior 30 days: 75% amount to be paid back
- Cancellation done less than 30 days: 50% amount to be paid back
- Cancellation done before one week: No refund
