Dramebaazi, Season 2, observed ‘Towards Freedom’ as its  theme for 2019. Masayuki Taga, Consul General of Japan, Alexey Idamkin, Consul General of Russia and Jurgen Thomas Schrod graced the occasion as Chief Guests, while Pt. Tanmoy Bose and Jimmy Tangree were the Guests of Honor.

Some very interesting workshops were curated by guest artists including  ‘The National Dyeing Workshop’, by Namrata Manot of Biome and Subha Lihala’s (Rhythmosaic) ‘The Creative Dance Movement’.

‘Patachitra’, ‘Spoken Word Poetry Workshop’ by Simar Singh and Ramneek Singh of UnErase Poetry, and The Community Arts Project’s ‘The Chinese Paper-Cutting Workshop’, by Tienchang Huang were other notable events that received an immense response.

The festival received national coverage as nearly a dozen schools participated in the annual event of The Creative Arts Academy. The workshops were followed by beautiful performances by the students of The Creative Arts Academy and other organizations joining us from all around India.
